beautiful, with all the amenities I could ask for! Attention to detail in every
aspect! The balcony is also very important! Cleanliness is its greatest asset,
with meticulous and daily upkeep! I truly felt like I was at home! A big plus is
the parking space, which is very helpful in the city center!”

“Due to work commitments, I visit Kozani frequently and have gained a lot of
experience with the accommodations in the city. Ark stands out among the
many options. The location of the accommodation is perfect – very close to
the central square. My stay was excellent! The apartment was very clean,
with a comfortable bed, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with
everything I needed. High-speed internet with no connection issues. The staff
is polite, friendly, and helpful, always willing to assist with anything I need.
Very importantly, it has its own parking, which makes it easier for me to get
around on foot. I highly recommend it!”

A pleasant surprise in Kozani, and when it’s accompanied by excellent
accommodation, you don’t need anything else... The room was clean, new,
warm, with beautiful decoration, a very comfortable bed, and fully equipped
as it should be (hairdryer, iron, coffee and tea, utensils)! The receptionist
who welcomed us was polite and willing to help with anything we needed!
The accommodation was centrally located with its own parking, saving you
from a lot of hassle!
I highly recommend it! When we visit Kozani again, we will definitely choose
this accommodation! Excellent value for money!

Wonderful apartments, with modern décor, immediate service for anything
we asked for, spotlessly clean rooms, just 3 minutes on foot from the central
square of Kozani... we highly recommend it!!! We will definitely visit again!!!
